Ideas of revolution spread

Was the American experience a great example of liberty, equality, and democracy (LED) (notions so much advocated by Enlightenment thinkers like MRLV)?

No

Since World War II, America has become protective of her global interests and has disturbed other countries' democratic elections and murdered leaders who did not support American values. America violates the rights of other people and countries to realize her own political and economic ambitions in global politics.

  1. Korean War (1950-53)

The Americans supported the South Korean dictator Syngman Rhee, because they opposed communism and believed they need to stop North Korean leader Kim Il-sung's attempt to unite with the South.

Rhee killed four million people in the South who supported Kim's communist cause or did not like Rhee.

Historians have found that Kim could have united North and South Korea by land reform, according to the needs of North and South Koreans. Hence, the Korean War was an unnecessary fight.

  2. Vietnam War (1960s)

President Lyndon Johnson believed that communism must be included. Americans decided to sponsor the South Vietnamese fighting against the Vietcong in the North, led by Ho Chi-minh. However, this invasion was useless as the Vietnamese and the Americans were disappointed with the result.

Despite pouring significant resources and finances, the Americans lost in battles in Vietnam and could not even bring Ho Chi-minh to the negotiating table.

Same to the story of Korea, the Vietcong could have united the country and carried out land reforms that would have appealed to the needs of the Vietnamese people.
